The hibiscus or bissap in Senegal, foléré in Cameroon is a plant with red flowers. It has been valued for centuries for its food and medicinal qualities. Find the sweet and sweet flavor of its flowers, harvested in Burkina Faso, subtly enhanced by African spices according to the ancestral recipe.
This syrup is the result of homemade production, exclusively from flowers harvested at full maturity, aromatic plants and spices. The sugar is dosed just right and without any additives or added flavorings or colorings.
– Fill a glass halfway with plenty of crushed ice
– Add 3 tablespoons of Bissap Syrup
– Pour water to taste
– Variant: lengthen with a bit of rum or vodka.
