Step 1 :
Clean the fish, make cuts on each side. Then immerse the fish for 30 minutes in a basin containing water, lemon and salt.
Step 2 :
Drain the Fish, then brush it all over (including the cuts, the belly and the inside of the head.) with the mixture made up of your Primero Fish Marinade, a little mustard, oil, salt, cube and mixed onions.
Step 3 :
After letting it marinate for about 30 minutes in the fridge, cook it. Then, enjoy your Fish with the side dish of your choice (as well as with the Chili purée and green condiment).
